Refunds
At Flobinna Sea Moss Unlimited, we guarantee the quality of our products. We always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt and must contact our Customer Support immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide photo proof of the issue and your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Send this information to Info@flobinna.com within 30 days of delivery.
Returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we may issue a full refund, partial refund, or replacement depending on the nature of the issue.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. If the return is due to damage or defect, we will cover any return shipping costs.
If you do not contact us within 30 days of your first order confirmation date to initiate a refund or replacement, your item will not
Cancellation
Please call our Service Center or email us within 24 hours of placing your order online, if you wish to cancel it. A cancellation fee of $15 will be applied.

Refused Packages
If a package is refused due to visible damage to the packaging or contents, you will not be responsible for returning shipping costs or processing fees. Upon receipt of the package at our warehouse, we can either issue a full refund for the order, including any additional shipping costs, or reship a new package at no extra charge.
If you refuse a package for reasons other than damage, you will NOT be eligible for a refund once the package is received back at our warehouse. We recommend accepting the package and contacting us first before refusing it.
Important Note on Refused Shipments
In rare cases, refused shipments may become lost during the return process. If the package does not reach our warehouse, we will be unable to issue a refund unless otherwise agreed upon. To ensure proper handling in cases where a return is required, you must use a return label generated by our Customer Support Team.
Returning by Mail
All returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. This allows you to track your return parcel with that particular Postal Service.
